Paia has become a popular place for tourist with great restaurants, interesting shops
and the best natural food store on the island, you can’t go wrong just wandering into
any restaurant here. Paia Fish Market is delicious and affordable; Flatbread Pizza is
a great option with the best craft pizza on the island; and there are so many cafés
and art galleries, health food store… in this beautiful bohemian town of Maui waiting
for you to explore.
Hookipa Beach park, also known as Turtle beach is the perfect place to enjoy some
fun in the sun. This is more of the sightseeing place than a swimming beach with
strong rip currents and shallow reef, one of the top spots for ocean sports such as
windsurfing and surfing in Maui. But the best part is Hookipa is also home of
Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles, the only place in this island that you can see huge
turtles lounging on the beach, don’t be surprised if you see 20 to 50 turtles come
